EcoMatters and Glen Eden Primary School are working together to restore the streams in the Glen Eden area.

Sustaining Our Streams

Sustaining our Streams (SOS) is an exciting one-year project for residents in the Glen Eden area to help restore and enjoy the streams in their backyards. SOS is able to support 70 residential properties in Glen Eden to clean up their stream banks and replant them with native plants. SOS aims to improve the wellbeing of the city and its residents by restoring the stream environment, reducing erosion, and enhancing biodiversity in Glen Eden backyards.
