Chinese Government Delegations

EcoMatters is proud to act as a host organisation for visiting delegations from Chinese Government agencies. Many of these delegations are interested in environmental issues, how New Zealand, and Auckland in particular, manages it's natural resources and how EcoMatters works with the local community to encourage positive behaviour change and promote sustainable practices.

The delegations also receive a tour of the Trusts EcoHouse, Sustainable Living Centre and surrounding gardens, seeing first-hand how modern buildings can incorporate sustainable technology and how older buildings can be retro-fitted.

Next year is the 40th anniversary of international relations between New Zealand and China, and EcoMatters anticipates many more visiting delegations.
