Education for Sustainability

EcoMatters delivers a variety of programmes to help your school become more environmentally sustainable.

We are responsible for the delivery of the Enviroschools programme in west Auckland, which is being delivered under contract to Auckland Council, as well as for delivery of the environmental education programmes for Tag Out Trust and Keep Waitakere Beautiful Trust.

EcoMatters assists  schools  to become more environmentally sustainable by offering advice and networking with other environmental education initiatives in  Auckland and beyond.

Advice and Assistance

EcoMatters can give advice to your school around a range of education for sustainability topics. We provide networking events, create a term Panui, run mentoring projects, and coordinate events. All this is aimed at increasing the capacity of schools to integrate education for sustainability into school life and the curriculum.
