Keep Waitakere Beautiful Trust has several great programmes that can help you achieve just that, while also getting to know your workmates better and meeting your neighbours at the office or depot next door.

Adopt-a-Spot
We'd love to help you keep your community clean by offering you and your colleagues the opportunity to Adopt-a-Spot - outside your workplace, your street, a nearby school or similar - and then helping to keep the area tidy.
We'll provide you with specially printed bags, and when a bag is full, all you need to do is contact us and we'll collect it at no charge.
You can play another important role by letting us know if you come across abandoned rubbish bags or dumped inorganic waste when you're out and about. We'll arrange for it to be investigated and removed.

Neat Street
is Keep Waitakere Beautiful Trust's latest community street-pride campaign, run in partnership with Auckland Council. Keep Waitakere Beautiful Trust is working with Tag Out Trust and Weedfree Trust to help residents clean up and beautify their streets.
Keep Waitakere Beautiful Trust invites the West Auckland community to nominate their street to become a 'Neat Street'. Applicants are asked to outline why their street would benefit from a 'Neat Street' makeover, and what plans they have to work with neighbours to keep their street neat in the long term.

Reduce graffiti: Tag Out Trust has an education programme for the children in the street; children can become 'Graffiti Rangers'; Tag Out ensures adults know how to report incidents of tagging
