About this Event
Nau mai, haere mai! Come and help us at the Whau Stream to clean up rubbish and debris plus do some mulching, so we can get it ready for planting. Be a part of transforming this stream into a thriving awa that flows well in changeable weather, is more resilient in heavy rain and drought, and helps move water quickly to the sea.
Kids welcome but must be supervised. Sturdy closed-toe shoes are required, and gardening gloves, a rain jacket and a sun hat are advised.
