About this Event
Nau mai, haere mai! Join us at Scroggy Stream and help us with some mulching so we can get it ready for planting.
We’ll be working in Matangirua/Chettle Reserve, close to Bunnings Warehouse, New Lynn. It’s our first step in transforming this stream into a haven for native birds and critters, and ensuring it flows well during changeable weather.
Kids welcome but must be supervised. Sturdy closed-toe shoes are required, and gardening gloves, a rain jacket and a sun hat are advised. We’ll finish with some kai together at the end.
